I think your thread would be more clear if you mention what kind of challenge do we encounter in trading. But I'm just going to share what challenges I encounter in trading.

The first time I did trading in crypto  world was booming for like 1 day. I think we all had that experience and then went down. After I lost some I stopped and do research, read a lot, and watch videos that can help me in trading. What I learn was be patient and not to be greedy at times and know when to be greedy if you are sure with your decision.  You can build your self confidence by learning the world of trading so I suggest you start learning.

The one tip I can give you is sell high buy low. Maybe you have read this but I'm gonna tell you when. AT THE PEAK and AT THE BOTTOM.
