Are you guys for real?

Max tokens = 175 000 000
1 ETH = 1000 QVT

So max amount of ETH = 175 000 000 / 1 000 = 175 000
Current  price of ETH = $ 223
19% of this amount goes to project team = 0.19 x $223 x 175 000 = $7 414 750


Can you explain WHY ON EARTH the project team should receive (a maximum) of a huge amount like this? This is outright theft.
