This actually shows the short sidedness of lauda as the OP now has the opportunity to scam and upon said scam, others will ignore it because of existing negative trust from lauda.

It sounds like lauda wants to make it easier to scam and I wouldn't be surprised to see lauda involved in these types of scams.
