The idea behind it is written down, tho it might be a bit cryptic on the website. As we've seen in many studies, data is one of the main details to run by, especially when looking at University research ( I'm working on one myself ). We've see a lot of inquiry's to fill in a questionnaire, so the researcher can collect a broad pile of data, without actually atleast paying an incentive to those that give the data.
Our first start off point will be exactly that part, we would like to offer a platform to collect the requested data, still based upon questionnaires, but supported by adding incentive to it. With a default of at least 1 Rankine per questionnaire.
during the entire period, we will be on the lookout, for more method's to add incentive to the blockchain, since we all know, filling out questions over and over again, is just plain boring in the end.
