Yes, I went back to the bank, and they confirmed that the $5000 was received by the other bank.
It has been over 1 month, and OKPAY is playing the tactic where they hope I would just give up on it.
Their last response took 1 week, and they said they received the money. But I still see no money in my account.
It will be another week or 2 before they would reply again.
