After this first lottery, I have made a few of changes to the Lottery Site

They are:
1. New way to purchase lottery tickets
        - Instead of including a "Purchase" button on the site, you must now fill out a form with basic contact information.
        - When you fill out the form, I will email back a personal bitcoin wallet address so that I may differentiate your
           purchases from other users.

2. Improved Page Layout
        - Made the page easier to understand (hopefully)
