Hello, NitrogenSports.

You have told me that you were upgrading your security team's effectiveness. How difficult it is indeed for me to believe that then when you literally have players that were reported colluders from two months ago, still playing in your tables. samony on May 19 and AA on May 20th.

These players? Still playing. Still colluding. Still abusing the shit out of your freerolls which you should cancel.

Note the timeline.

We've read thorough your comments. At this time we have no immediate plans to amend our position, other than to say (as mentioned in the blog post) that we will continue to investigate new ways to curb multi-accounting on Nitrogen Poker.

There is no way that you did not see this. It's a huge block and you posted four posts directly after it.

Have these players been banned yet or are they still running around abusing your crippled system?

Hi actmyname,

For all further poker multi-account complaints, you'll need to contact our support team via ticket or support@nitrogensports.eu.

Our position remains that we will look at specific complaints as they are registered with our players.

As this is a public forum, you're more than welcome to continue to post here regarding poker multi-accounting, but Nitrogen Marketing will not be specifically addressing poker behaviour complaints on BT.

Thanks,

- Jason.

I mean, what else can you say at this point?  A player that was caught cheating (and reported) on May 18th is still playing on your site on August 3rd.

Literally nobody has come forward saying that they got refunds from players that were cheating.

It's become very obvious that Nitrogen Poker does not care about it's players colluding against other players.  I cannot, in good consciousness, allow other poker players to continue to be taken advantage of, and will have to post these findings on poker forums like 2p2, Reddit, and PFA.
