What is the time of the snapshot for the byteball this distribution period? And the rate is still the same per BTC and GBYTE you hold?

So, the very first bitcoin block at or after the full moon time is the snapshot (unless bitcoin has a reorg).
Before you ask, there is no way to know the exact time unless you have bitcoin insider ESP and know the exact time that block will be solved.
