Looks like they have not yet. BUT! In any case, they've said that all investors will receive right amount of tokens (what investors paid for), so the lost of ETH is the lost of part of devs' funding. And the remaining part is definitely enough to keep development going.
So, investors lose nothing, AE devs lose only part of their funding. Considering millions of dollars they raised during the crowdsale, they can live with it
