The answer to your question is a big NO! It cannot even get to the spot of bitcoin, much less surpass. Bitcoin Cash is not the original Bitcoin and so it is not going to be as huge as the original.

You may still buy Bitcoin Cash if you believe it will gain in the future but wait for a while, when the price is cheap.
