You created this system because people were annoyed talking to all the new guys.
You forced all of the new guys to talk to each other for at least 50 posts before they can talk to anyone else.
You allow 1 post per ip per 60 seconds.

So now I have to deal with all the annoying troll-ass newbies for at LEAST an hour, before I can post to the "real" forums?
