This is no pump.. I believe it is XEL finding its true value.
This is a pump, if you are no regret to sell your XEL. 
The price increase can be considered as a pump. Pump or no pump doesnt matter in this case. Look at the possibillities and the tech. Only talking my book ofcourse but also will be a long term HODLer and thats not spmething I say of many other alts.
