After watching whole interview with Cliff High i think it is not a scam. Yes, they do things not professional and because of it might end in disaster once they get hacked.
But well i think they won't just run away with cash, unless some freelancer put some nasty part in code and all funds will be transfered to his eth wallet - since code is not audited.
Guy from Centra - the one with idea, managed to defend himself mostly successfully against Cliff's accusations, but he did start really bad.
Still i think those 3% or 2% reward are way to high for card holders and that's why Centra might have problems, but on the other side they can just change reward % after month or 2, since it is not defined in ico terms.
The 2% and 3$ are for only black and titanium holders. Gold and Blue are basic entry level cards with lower figures.
