Japan's first major department store to accept Bitcoin will do so using the Bitflyer exchange. Marui targets “a young, stylish audience between the ages of 20-35.” Initially, Marui will test the payment method at one of their locations through the end of October 2017. The Bitflyer app for iPhone/Android will be used for payment by scanning a QR code.
