I can use CCminer SP-MOD 1.5.81 on Theblockfactory by skein but it does not work on miningpoolhub

My bat file:

ccminer.exe -r 0 -a skein -o stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20527 -u x -p x

Error: Terminating workio theard

Any wrong with my .bat?
