I would like to get some feedback with regards to a decision that I have to make.

I am able to buy either an Antminer S9 or a mining rig consisting of four rx580 8gb gpu's for $2300.

I need to know?

*  Is this a good price ?
*  which option will be the best ?
*  which one will give me Roi the fastest ?
*  How long will Roi take on each of the two

I've read quite a lot but still very unsure of which is the better option if any, hoping that some of the experienced guys can share their thoughts.
