I did not receive my tokens. I bought the tokens in the pre-sale and I sent email to team a few days ago and I did not receive a response.
Assuming you're using MEW, did you "Add Custom Token" so you can see it?What are the details for IXT to show up into MEW (address, decimals and symbol)?
By the way, The Viral Exchange still display the message: "You will be able to withdraw your InsureX tokens when the campaign will be over". Someone from Insurex team should make them aware it is over
