all address is correct but in shipment i think you put destination as CHINA itself, please avoid this with future orders.

Ok it looks like the ball is on the side of Bitmain now. Let's see how they respond and resolve the issue. I understand the OP's frustration here and $10000 is huge amount of money. And I'm sure that OP has earned the right to demand and get answers from you guys. This kind of messed doesn't look good at your Bitmain's image as you are the able to provide the most power effective Bitcoin mining solution on todays market.
