We have looked into your betting query both in house and also consulting our 3rd party odds provider.
We have emailed you a response with our findings.

The main sticking point from our side is the bet was placed (score 0:0) then 4+ minutes passed before the first of 3 quick runs were scored.
The odds for 'under 4.5 runs in 5 innings' market (the one you originally bet on previously) were then taken down when the score went past 2:0. 

Even IF there was a error on the screen at 3:0, the market of <4.5 runs wasn't even available to bet on.  ( the lowest run market at the time of 3:0  was in fact <5.5 runs)

Our data for live odds and updating onsite scoreboard comes from a 3rd party and we are confident in their accuracy, it is impossible for us to change any statistics shown on screen.. especially in play.
