I tried to withdraw 0.00049 for testing purpose and I got this message "ACCOUNT_DISABLED "
Also when trying to deposit it wont generate a bitcoin address. I click 'get new address' and it gets stuck saying "Generating address ...". There is a QR code but I dont trust it's going to work, what with the account disabled error and no actual address.
Are you a verified user of bittrex? Im just curious if the account disabled only shows up for unverified accounts.
Im verified but im having some hesitation if i will fund my account now or should i wait for the problem to get resolved. My fear is I don't want to get my bitcoin stucked with them. If this are all true then maybe they are having some liquidity problem so they are disabling all accounts to hold on the funds of the account holder. They should at least give reason why they are disabling the account. An email message will do explaining why account got disabled.
Without any notice then ticket complaint will flood their support asking tons of why? Why? Why? And then it will also eat up their time answering each an every ticket.
