It's only because of btc segwit activation.
Most of the market is down, BTC sucks everything.

Once the btc Pump will be over and once it'll stabilize, the altcoins will go back to high levels. Those who sold , except noobs, only did It  knowing to buy some cheaper to have much more cloak for when it'll really rise

After the new BTC ath we need to wait some time for price stabilization and after we will see a altcoins todamoon action. Waiting for september and new updates from the Cloak team after the vacation.
