it looks like i cant get my wallet sync after block 84 
already added the node and port is open.
are there new nodes to add or anyone know how to fix it ?

Your wallet is at the most current block. There are no issues since there have been no blocks for the last hour and when there are no block in over in hour the wallet shows 'out of sync'.
