Don't you have a yubikey?

Gox sent me a free yubikey, I thought that was policy for all accounts that trade more often than once or twice?

Is the yubikey sent on request or automatically? Currently using google authenticator.

They sent me a email telling me to go to the Gox site and accept the prompt and it walked through from then on. (This was about 5 months ago)
