If the government will banned bitcoin then it is not that a big deal for the bitcoin user because bitcoin is only in the internet so they can easily bypass that law by using VPN which allow them to change their IP address into another place. If bitcoin was banned then there will be still a lot of people who can use bitcoin as a money and also an investment.
