There are many coins out thare that are valued much higher than anybody ever thought possible. Keep in mind that the whole crypto-thing is till in it's infancy. Still only a "hand full" of people who use it and the majority has no clue of what a blockchain even is. When mass adoption kicks in you will see numbers that nobody ever thought possible.
If you would have asked anyone if they would think it's possible for bitcoin to hit $3000 one day back in 2009, people would probably also say it's impossible..... and look at it now.
