Well i will recommend you to make a signature campaign for your ico, As it will be too much of a task to handle a Affiliate team, how will you award your affiliates who will bring in the traffic? you will need a custom tracking system which won't count multiple hits if you will pay them for per visit and so on, In my opinion if you are serious about your coin, make a signature campaign and promote it from there, Else you will be heading towards a mess.
