You guys are going to end up in prison. You can't hold investors money hostage.
You bought something you own that thing - tokens. You can't give it back - you can sell it or throw away.
You can't sell people something and not have done the due diligence to bring the the product they invested in. They admit they haven't done their due diligence. This is fraud. People will sue. It's that simple.
