Im assuming the Booming Games 75% deposit bonus wont be removed/expire until after these issues are resolved?

I am beyond disappointed with this site.
I was told I could now use the Booming Games balance on any other slots:

So I tired and nothing. I contacted live support and the same person (IVY) that responded to my ticket saying I could play any now said otherwise.
Then even claimed I was not affected by what happened :

had to point out that she even read my ticket and that she was the one who said I can paly any slots, at least she said I would be compensated/good offer for the mess:

This is the 2nd time I had trouble with support giving contradicting statements.
I really do hope I get the games I am owed and the offer I was told I should receive. As of right now Im just disappointed with all this as its my first time here.
