There's nothing we can do about it for now. Let's just wait for Propy's further announcement if there will be a chance that we can get an increase of bounty or let us know if there will be a limit of qualified participants. However, there's 10-20% of bounty participants that are not eligible as they are not following the bounty rules. (numbers are just my guess)
