I'm buyer of wallet.dat, today I have received email from bitcoinicon and he informed me about the bad news, he was in shocked but I was also in shocked due to this bad news, bitcoinicon sent my payment back to me, I want to say he is cooperative person and thank you so much. 
Evidence of buying the wallet file and receiving the refund? Transaction ID and signed message? Proof of communication?
I'm still waiting for this and no answer either from jannetdesbiesn or bitcoinicon..

You probably sold the wallet to qasimilyas99, either way how would he got the wallet file download link from your website? Maybe someone posted it in your youtube comments? Can't see that..
Even if you return the money to any *past* customers, your negative trust ratings won't be removed as:
1) You intentionally did what you did.
2) You're threatening other people with lawsuits.
3) You're leaving fake retaliatory ratings.
