If you are an Exodus wallet user, they will now (sort of) do the work for you to claim BCH. (Requires latest version of Exodus so you may need to update first)

They don't support it themselves. But they will send your BCH to a BCH address you nominate to them. Such as, say, Bittrex.
Haven't done it myself yet. But a friend used it to send his to Bittrex a couple of days back. Went through without a hitch.
If you don't want to install another wallet, and port keys, or just want to sell it, might be a good option. If you use Exodus of course.
