I added C-CEX voting to the ANN, as for CoinsMarkets- do not use it, really shady exchange, their minimal price is 0.1 satoshi and they just hope that someone won't notice it. If you decide to use it at least be careful, but because of that, we do not approve their exchange and we won't add it to the ANN.
