I am a verified Cryptopay user, is it possible to add this card to my Paypal account and wirthdraw my Paypal balance to this card? If yes, it will be automatically credited to my Cryptopay EUR account?

Yes, it is possible to add our card to PayPal and load it with the PayPal balance if the card is verified. The balance will not be credited to your EUR wallet though, you will have to use the Card Unload feature on the website.
