Hello, I do not understand what is power hour with the price 1ETH=170 tokens, the first hour just after the ICO start? And what about the prices of ETH and others change a lot ?

Power hour is indeed the first hour of the ICO. The price of all currency fluctuates constantly, but since we are using ETH that will be the measure we go by. 1ETH will be worth 170 tokens in the power hour despite what other currency is doing.

Thank you for you nice answer, so the ratio for ETH/tokens will be fixed with 1/170, what about the unsold tokens? Burned or kept for other usage?

The price will only be 1/170 for the first hour of the ICO (and during any presale) The ratio drops as the sale goes on to encourage people to purchase early. The tokens remaining after distribution will be destroyed. No future issues of tokens. Part of the distribution, though, will include 10% going to founders and 2% going to bounties.
