So when I have my NEO in the wallet, how often do I have to claim the GAS? Can you let it build up over time, then just send it once every 7 days or so, or do I have to sit there and claim it all the time, or it will "be lost" or some such?

I know its a stupid question but I gotta be sure! Thanks in advance
