Last windows update raise my hashrate by 0.1 :p
But behavior may be related to GPU (GTX 970 for me)

Did you try to reinstall last nvidia drivers ?
Maybe you can try also beta one (http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/121776/en-us)
