Just to confirm - as Roland wrote on http://icashofficial.com I've contacted him directly via maila given in the note. It took a while (as probably devs are quite busy) but my iCash from Windows wallet was replaced with PURA. I advise everyone to read last note on the blog again and follow the instructions as Roland was really helpful and communicative.
