Is anyone else having issues with NEM withdrawals on Poloniex? With all the liquidation rumors floating around I've decided to move my NEM from Poloniex to NEM wallet. I did a test run for 1K XEM and transfer went through without any issues. Then I've tried to transfer 100K and transaction was pending for several hours. I've opened a ticket with Poloniex - to which they still haven't responded. Eventually transaction status changed from pending to complete: error. Xem is not showing on my Polonex account and it hasn't been transferred to my wallet either. It seems to be stuck in Limbo. Since then I've tried contacting Poloniex and opened several tickets. It's been almost a week so I'm getting really worried. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
I have had multiple withdrawels of NEM go through and also 3 get stuck like what you are describing.
The first time it happened, I opened a ticket and the next day it was solved. For the second and third my ticket is still pending...
Really annoying and I think it has to do with the amount of NEM in their hot wallet. When it didn't go through immediately, there were no NEM in their usual sending address. When it did, it was loaded.
