http://www.baikalminers.com/ is a SCAM.  Baikal sent out an e-mail about this a few weeks ago to anyone with an account with them.  Check the blog on http://www.baikalminer.com/. 

BTW, most to the manufactures have pages on FB etc., so you can double check links there as well.
