I had mine cancelled today as the IBAN was apparently wrong.
When I asked what IBAN they had on record they refused to tell me.

They refused to transfer to BTC, so I was either left with fiat funds I couldn't withdraw or pay the transaction fees.
I took the transaction fee route, withdrew BTC and sold on LocalBitcoins for a £2 loss per coin.

That will be the last transaction fees they see from me.

Inept support (Marcus) who have been saying for months they will upgrade their limits but they haven't which means they can't. Simple.
So basically any EU customer of MTGox is screwed....
