LOL, this really doesn't smell to legit. Working with officials to recover seized funds on Polish Cards? Are we talking credit cards or what kind of cards? These cards where probably frozen because of illegal activity and now some sort of officials will intervene with banks and credit card companies? 
Holy cow this is a new modus operandi of scam I would say    Please prove me wrong, though.
