Problems can arise in any casino and in gambling platforms like FJ which is handling thousands of player at a time with games from lots of third party softwares, it is quite common to have problems. Also they care about their players and they try to fix all those issue on time, they have already responded to recent issue here

I don't think I've encountered and problems here and I think the customer service of Fortune Jack has been the most friendliest and professional people I've talked to. They reply in seconds and they don't go away till they have a solution for you.
we are not sure what exactly you are facing problem in FJ. I am seeing this site from many years, and they have a good support team, and they can respond to players queries as soon as possible. Sometimes it happens in all casino sites we should understand their problem also they want to support many players like you so to reach you they may take some time, but they can help you to solve your issue. Still, you don't like FJ then better switch to another site.
