I like your 3rd example (one shown actually on my website) but the pill for "o" in Modafinil maybe could try turning it a bit to see more of the face but not too much so that the effect is lost. The line on the side of the pill maybe try make it a bit smaller or play around with it more?

2nd design I don't like it overall but I like the pill you have used for the "o"
