The first time you open a Nimiq Wallet with your browser, it will create and store a wallet securely in your Browser. Yyou can export/import your keys. The only way of erasing them is by removing the offline data of your Browser. It also make possible features like Cashlinks: Transfer Nimiq within a simple URL that you can send in WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, etc. The users who opens the link will be redirected to his very Browser Wallet and NIM will be added to his Balance.



Developers: The code for the Nimiq Blockchain is public and completely written in Javascript. This way most developers are empowered to build applications using Nimiq. Nimiq will validate the security of community applications but we encourage community memmbers to contribute.
