i dont found their slack channel.. only telegram where i'm banned
devs so much take care of their investors that banning them from their community channels

I cant understand, these two projects ICO was ended in the same time, plus, minus several days.. but civic team be able to reach Bittrex exchange FIRST; be able to release their app for public FIRST; make contract with other token 0x that their will use civic app in their ICO FIRST.. and I know that they keep searching new partners...
