It seems I was wrong by considering your personality as a confident member of our community. Yes, the same people attacking us now everywhere with "funny" posts regardless they have already received official response.

We respect our community and communicate enough, maybe even more than required. There is a telegram live channel with 600 members, and I personaly there and reply to every reasonable request.

Our support team investigate and reply every incident regarding tech or distribution issues and trying to assist. However, maybe during the routine work some requests were missed.
