I've not got on with spmod3 on either of my mining setups. I'm currently using spmod1 on both, giving me a very similar hash rate; about 6-7% lower power consumption and cards run at a lower temperature. In fact, on my 1070 spmod3 runs something like 8-10 degrees higher but only gain less than half a MH. I also had spmod3 freeze up within half an hour of me going to sleep one night, so lost a whole night's mining in an attempt to get an extra 2% out of my MH.
