It certainly can but true love it's tough to find in 2017. Too many folks, too many distractions, too much life perhaps? Ha It's out there though, I think if you seek you will find. 
Not really. Well its a challenge with how easy it is now to hook up with someone with social media and similar technology but true love can also evolve from there. Sometimes it's when you least expect it and you'll be surprised with whom you're going to end up with.
