Do i need to store some ETH on the address i signed up with, and if yes how much? It's pretty confusing to me, because at some point there was something about needing to have some certain amount of ETH on the address (if i remember correctly).
in the very start there was no minimum requirement of the amount of ETH in the address you used to signup with, then the dev changed his mind and put a 0.001 minimum on it.... and then next day or so he changed his mind again and put a 0.01ETH requirement.
so yes the minimum is OVER 0.01ETH as stated in the OP. also a small piece of advice...
Do Not USE a Ether Address From an exchange , you do not have control over the keys required to obtain the tokens, if you or anyone else does use the ETH address from an exchange you will NOT be able to retrieve you tokens or control them in any way! as the exchange will not give the keys required to control that address.
this blew me up too. first zero eth and now 0.1eth and i had to buy and transfer some onto my wallet ><
but i think this is good, since it can outsort the double accounts more and more
It's not 0.1 ETH it's 0.01ETH. Which is a reasonable amount in my eyes and is being required for later gas costs. It's quite useless to send token to an account/make a eth address to a genesis address if it has no ETH for gas. In my opinion it's a acceptable move from the dev!
Address must hold any amount above 0.01 ETH for an unspecified amount of time.
