Does the rule mean that in every twitter account only a single tweet per day is allowed? Because I understand it as 0.0005 BTC is paid for every unique tweet, which means that if I make a couple of unique tweets today with my single account, I will be paid 0.0005 BTC x 2. Did I get it right?

We pay for just 1 tweet, not for several "unique" tweets.
"Each participant is allowed to claim 2 twitter accounts at most."
Some users own several Twitter accounts. We allow a participant to claim 2 accounts. Meaning, that only in this situation you could earn 2 x 0.0005 BTC.
